The UK Department for International Business and Trade (DIT) is bringing together seven companies (Silverstream, Coltraco, Findlay Irvine, AVEVA, Crowcon, Delta Mobrey, Rotork) to form the UK Maritime Trade Mission on 7-8 June. Shi Lei, head of Maritime Industry China, led the team to Shandong Province, where they visited Intercontinental Shipping Group, China State Shipbuilding Group Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., LTD., CIMC Raffles and China Merchants Jinling Shipping (Weihai) Co., LTD.

During the event, the delegation companies introduced their own technologies and products, and launched a warm exchange with the participants, many companies have been used by the Chinese side of the product. Through this roadshow, the Chinese side not only had a better understanding of British technologies and products, but also answered some questions of the British side.

After the roadshow, the delegation gave a very high evaluation of the trip and believed that it had played a positive role in promoting British maritime technology and equipment. We are looking forward to the Shanghai Railway Station roadshow to be held at the end of this month.
